In 2014 a mine owner investing in Nigeria bought one SJ.E.75.10 jaw crusher, two SJ.1400 spring cone crushers and the matching screens — a complete granite line rated at 250 t/h.
Twelve years on, the line is still running. No major overhauls, nothing but wear parts, and it is still earning.
Now his second line is being upgraded. That line ran on another supplier's machines. Comparing the two side by side, he saw the difference clearly — and ordered one SJ.E.75.10 jaw crusher and two SJ.1400 spring cone crushers to replace them.
He did weigh used equipment against new. Used looked cheaper, but on a site thousands of kilometres away you cannot see inside a second-hand machine, and you cannot price the risk. He chose new Shuangjin equipment: quality you can hold us to, and service that answers.
The screens already on site are being swapped for Shuangjin units as well.
Distance is the real test of a machine. Twelve years of continuous duty on hard granite is not luck — it is build quality.
A repeat order is not just a second purchase. It is a customer putting twelve years of field evidence behind your equipment.
