We are a manufacturer. We design, cast, machine, assemble and test crushing and screening equipment in our own workshops, and we export it as complete lines. That is the whole business — no engineering contracting, no plant management, no pretending to be something larger.
Shuangjin Machinery has been manufacturing crushing and screening equipment in Zhejiang since 1987 — nearly forty years in a business where most new entrants last a decade. In that time the range has grown from single machines into complete lines: feeding, primary and secondary crushing, sand making, screening, dewatering, conveyors and the steel structure that holds them together.
We think the distinction buyers should care about is simple. Some companies in this industry sell equipment and also sell mine construction, plant operation and process guarantees. We do not. We build machines and complete lines, and we stand behind capacity, product size, delivery, commissioning support and spare parts. When a client asks us for a recovery-rate guarantee or for someone to run their plant, the honest answer is that this is not what we do — and we would rather give that answer at the enquiry stage than at the technical clarification meeting.
Manufacturing is spread across Hangzhou (headquarters), Weihai and Wuhu, covering 153,000 m² in total. Different bases specialise in different parts of the range, which keeps lead times stable when one works is loaded — an advantage that only shows up when you are waiting for a machine and everyone else's factory is full.
| Measure | Figure | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Established | 1987 | Nearly four decades of continuous manufacturing, not a rebadged trading operation |
| Production bases | 3 — Hangzhou · Weihai · Wuhu | Capacity available across works, so lead times hold when one line is loaded |
| Total production area | 153,000 m² | Foundry-adjacent machining, fabrication, assembly and test under our own control |
| Annual production capacity | 1,000 units | Annual output across the crushing, screening and feeding range |
| Monthly shipments | 100 units | Averaged shipping rate, domestic and export combined |
| Standard machine lead time | 60 days | From order confirmation to shipment for standard models |
| Export countries | ~30 | Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Europe |
| Employees | 400+ | Including in-house R&D, machining, assembly and quality staff |
Standard machine lead time is 60 days from order confirmation for standard models. Large gyratory units and custom structural packages are quoted individually — we will give you a firm date rather than an optimistic one.
The company starts as a machinery manufacturer in Zhejiang Province — the beginning of close to four decades of continuous operation.
The range extends from individual machines to complete crushing, screening, feeding and dewatering systems, with structure and conveyors manufactured in-house.
Invited to co-draft the national technical regulation for manufactured sand and gravel production — an industry-standard role, not a marketing one.
A South Asian presence to serve buyers in India and the surrounding market.
Hangzhou, Weihai and Wuhu manufacturing; 1,000 units annual capacity; exports across Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Europe.
Around thirty countries, with Africa and Southeast Asia as our main export markets — the regions where a manufacturer-direct supplier with a real service commitment makes the most difference. Our two longest-standing reference markets are West Africa (Guinea, Nigeria) and South Asia.
Our deepest overseas reference base: a 400 t/h line in Guinea with on-site installation guidance, and a Nigerian client who ran our equipment for twelve years and ordered a second line.
Customs documentation support for PVoC, TBS and SABS regimes, and voltage/frequency configuration for local supply conditions.
50 Hz and 60 Hz motor configurations, ISO and PNS-relevant documentation, and equipment packages sized for both quarry and manufactured-sand operations.
New Delhi office established 2016; a complete equipment set supplied for a highway project in Bosnia.
Factory visits and live video walk-throughs are welcome — bring your inspector. We would rather you judged the works than the brochure.
