Know-how from nearly four decades of crushing — free to use

Most of what buyers need to know is not in a brochure. These are the questions we answer repeatedly by email, written down properly — drawn from our own projects and our engineers' experience rather than rewritten from other people's content.

Our Chinese-language site has published numbered technical articles near-daily for years — thousands of them, covering selection, wear, maintenance, cost and process questions. That archive is the raw material for this section. But we are not translating it: the searches that bring a buyer to a supplier's site are not the same as the searches that bring a reader to a Chinese technical column.

An English buyer building a granite line in Nigeria does not search for a general article about cone crushers. They search for their grade, their tonnage and their problem — and the answer has to be specific enough to be useful. So every piece here is rewritten around a real configuration question, with our own project data and settings behind it.

Selection & buying decisions

How to compare two crushing line quotations honestly

The four figures that make quotations comparable — installed power, screen area, wear cost per ton and scope boundaries. Most price differences come from one of the four.

Calculating the real cost per ton of your aggregate line

Fuel and power, wear parts, labour and availability — and why a plant running at 85% availability costs more per ton than one at 95%, at identical nameplate capacity.

Wet vs dry sand making: which fits your rainy season

Why so many tropical sand lines underperform in month four, and how to decide the process before you buy the plant rather than after.

How this section will grow. Full English rewrites at roughly two pieces a week — the published pieces live in the technical article archive, company and exhibition updates in news & exhibitions, and machine and plant footage in the video library. Content is published as it is written rather than as a batch — and each piece carries the engineer's name and the project it came from, because that is the part competitors cannot copy. Last updated: 26 September 2026.
