Where the rock is right, an impact crusher gives you the best shape and the highest reduction ratio per installed kilowatt of any secondary machine — six models from 15 to 350 t/h, built around a heavy rotor and blow bars we make and stock ourselves.
Impact crushing trades metal wear for product quality: the rotor throws the rock against impact plates and the rock breaks along its own grain boundaries. On limestone, dolomite and demolition concrete that trade is strongly in your favour — cubical product, high reduction, and a machine that adjusts to spec by changing rotor speed and gap, not by swapping liners.
On abrasive river gravel or quartzite the same trade turns against you, and we will say so — that is cone country. The SJ.F is for buyers whose rock is medium-soft or whose feed is recycled concrete and asphalt.

Capacities are for medium-soft rock (limestone class). On recycling feed, expect the lower half of each range and plan the dust system accordingly.
Mn13Cr2 for limestone; high-chrome for abrasive recycled feed. We recommend based on your rock, not on margin.
Impact plates in wear-resistant castings, optional pre-screen for fines removal, and dust suppression points built into the housing.
50/60 Hz wound to your supply; VFD on request so rotor speed becomes a product-shape control.
| Item | Commitment |
|---|---|
| Standard machine lead time | 60 days from order confirmation |
| Annual production capacity / monthly shipments | 1,000 units per year · 100 units per month (all ranges) |
| Spare parts supply | Within 2 months worst case; typically far faster for models in current production |
| Engineer attendance on site | Within 10 days of the requirement being agreed, for export markets |
| Remote support | Response within one working day; included, not charged |
| Warranty | Terms stated in the contract in the same words published on this site |
| Installation & commissioning | Guidance and supervision by our engineers, through to acceptance at rated capacity |
| Buyer provides | Site civil works, electrical installation and site access — drawings and answers supplied |
We supply the machines, the drawings, the commissioning support and the parts. We do not operate your plant after handover.
If the rock is genuinely limestone-class and you want maximum cube plus fines for cement or road base, the SJ.F usually wins. If there is hard chert or quartz bands in the quarry, a cone costs less to run despite the higher price. Send the geological report and we will commit to one.
Yes — bar profiles for all six models are stocked, and spare sets ship within the standard spare-parts commitment (worst case within two months, typically far faster).
Material, feed size, target capacity and product sizes gets you a model recommendation and a price — not a catalogue.
