A crusher sets the size. The screen decides whether you can sell it. Every screen and feeder in a line we supply is built in our own workshops — including the structural steel and the conveyors between them.
Buyers spend their attention on crushers and their money on screens — usually in that order, and usually the wrong way round. An under-screened plant produces off-spec product that cannot be sold, and a badly fed crusher produces an overloaded one that wears out early. These are the machines that decide whether the line runs at its nameplate.
All screening and feeding equipment is manufactured across our three production bases, together with the conveyors and steel structure. That matters commercially: one supplier is responsible for the interfaces, which is where most multi-vendor plant projects lose weeks.
Included on this page: SJ.Y series circular vibrating screens, large SJ.Y.K forced-synchronisation screens for 400–1,300 t/h plants, SJ.G.Z twin-shaft bar feeders, SJ.G.D vibrating feeders and SJ.W vibrating hopper feeders, with full model tables. Dewatering screens (SJ.TS) are covered on the Sand Washing & Fines Recovery page, where they belong in the water circuit.

Block-eccentric exciters with forced synchronisation keep the vibration pattern stable at these widths — that is what makes 3,600 mm decks usable on a 1,000 t/h line. Suffix X denotes the higher-power exciter set.

2 or 3 decks, side-tensioned or bolt-in panels, polyurethane or wire mesh media.
Wire mesh, polyurethane or rubber — selected from your abrasiveness and your acceptable maintenance interval, not from a catalogue default.
Motor wound to your supply; VFD for screens where feed rates vary materially through the shift.
Self-fabricated steel structure, chutes, bins and belt conveyors, designed as one package with the machines.
Water spray points and wet-season screening setup for this page's screens and feeders. The full water circuit — sand washers, SJ.TS dewatering screens, cyclone fines recovery — is on the Sand Washing & Fines Recovery page.

We supply the machines, the drawings, the commissioning support and the parts. We do not operate your plant after handover.
Yes — fabricating the structure and conveyors is part of what we do, and it removes the interface arguments that cost multi-supplier projects weeks. We supply the complete mechanical package: machines, chutes, bins, frames and belts.
It is set by your product sizes plus your market's spec. If you sell 0–5, 5–10, 10–20 and 20–40 mm, that is three cuts and normally a 3-deck screen, or two screens in series if capacity demands it. Send your product list and we will return the deck arrangement.
With the right setup: polyurethane media, larger apertures with a wider screen, and water spray where the feed is washed. Blinding — wet fines blocking the mesh — is the classic failure of tropical screening, and it is designed out rather than fixed later.
Material, feed size, target capacity and product sizes gets you a model recommendation and a price — not a catalogue.
