Washed sand sells for more than crushed dust. The wheel and spiral washers clean it, the SJ.TS dewatering screen dries it, and the cyclone recovers the 0–0.6 mm fraction every other machine washes away — all built in our own workshops.
In most sand markets the price jump from unwashed to washed product is the largest single margin in the plant — and the machines that capture it are unglamorous: a washer, a dewatering screen, a cyclone. We build all of them, plus the tanks and pumps between them, so the water circuit comes from one supplier with one drawing set.
On this page: SJ.L.X wheel-type sand washers for high-throughput washing, SJ.JS spiral washers where fines control matters more than tonnage, SJ.TS dewatering screens that turn washed slurry into handleable product, and the concentrated hydrocyclone unit that recovers the fine fraction from wash water instead of losing it to the pond.

The recovered-fines tonnage depends entirely on your wash water's fines load — send the pond sediment analysis or a wash-water sample and we will estimate recovery honestly.

Size the dewatering screen to the washer's discharge, not to the plant tonnage — it sees only the washed fraction. We pair it with the washer and cyclone on one drawing set.
Wheel for tonnage, spiral for fines rejection — on some specs we quote both and let the sieve analysis decide.
Cyclone plus dewatering screen plus pump sump, sized to your wash water flow; usually pays back in months against pond-dredging costs.
Settling tank, clean-water return and pump skid designed with the machines — one water circuit, one supplier.

We supply the machines, the drawings, the commissioning support and the parts. We do not operate your plant after handover.
Wheel washers win on tonnage and water consumption per tonne; spiral washers reject ultra-fines more sharply. If your spec has a hard 75 µm limit, lean spiral or add cyclone recovery; if it is a straight cleanliness spec, the wheel is cheaper per tonne.
In most plants they settle in a pond that someone pays to dredge. With the hydrocyclone unit, that same fraction is dewatered back onto the product belt — on a mid-size plant that is typically 15–25 t/h of extra saleable sand.
Material, feed size, target capacity and product sizes gets you a model recommendation and a price — not a catalogue.
