One contract, one factory, one responsible team — from line design through manufacture, shipment, installation guidance and acceptance testing at rated capacity.
"Turnkey" means different things to different suppliers, so here is what it means to us, in full, before you ask. We design the line, we manufacture every machine in it, we pack and ship it, we guide the installation, we supervise commissioning to rated capacity, we train your operators, and we supply the spare parts afterwards. One contract, one party answerable for whether the line works.
What it does not include — and we are explicit about this because it is where buyers get misled — is geological survey, mine design, plant operation on your behalf, or a guarantee of your metallurgical recovery. Those are construction and process-engineering services, and we are a manufacturer. Read the boundaries box below before you read the price.
You send material type, feed size, hardness and target capacity. We return a flow sheet, an equipment configuration with models, and utility requirements — power, water and footprint.
Machines and structural steel are produced at our three bases. Critical parts are machined in-house; every unit is assembled and tested before shipment. Standard lead time 60 days.
Foundation drawings, packing and loading plans, then on-site or remote installation guidance and commissioning supervision by our engineers, through to trial run at rated capacity.
Operator and maintenance training, trial run to rated output, and acceptance against agreed capacity and product size. Warranty and spare-parts supply begin from day one.

The quotation follows this table item by item, so there is no ambiguity about what you are buying. Anything in the "by client" row is something we will specify clearly rather than leave for you to discover.
Material type, feed gradation, target capacity, required product sizes and site conditions. You get a flow sheet, an equipment list with models, utility requirements and a project timeline.
