Twelve equipment families, all manufactured in-house across our three production bases. Parameter tables are published as real HTML on this site — no locked PDFs, no screenshots of tables. Ask for any datasheet, GA drawing or foundation drawing and we send it.
Feed openings 500×900 to 1,300×1,600 mm · 50–1,200 t/h. The first machine in almost every line we build. Full range and parameters →
12 configurations across 4 sizes · 145–1,000 t/h. Fine, medium and coarse cavities on the same platform. Full range and parameters →
6 models to SK.Y.1800 · 200–1,150 t/h. One hydraulic cylinder for setting, protection and cavity clearing. Full range and parameters →
6 models, coarse and medium cavities · 110–610 t/h. No hydraulics, no oil station — the machine for sites where service access is the constraint. Full range and parameters →
4 models to 232 t unit weight · 750–2,500 t/h. Continuous crushing for hard-rock primary duty above roughly 700 t/h. Full range and parameters →
6 models · 220–700 t/h · cubical 0–5 mm product. Rock-on-rock or rock-on-anvil, dry or wet process. Full range and parameters →
6 models · feed openings to 1,500×2,000 mm · 120–1,600 t/h. The new-generation large jaw — modern replacement for ageing jaw primaries. Full range and parameters →
6 models · 15–350 t/h · feed to 500 mm. For limestone, dolomite and C&D recycling where product shape pays. Full range and parameters →
≤60 mm feed · 40–60 t/h of ≤5 mm sand at 250 kW. Cone wear economics for cone-cut sand specs. Full range and parameters →
Wet, clay-bound feed to 35 mm · 200–300 t/h · adjustable ≤4.75 mm sand cut. The machine for feed that blinds a VSI. Full range and parameters →
10 models, 2- and 3-deck, 2,200–3,000 mm wide, 180–850 t/h.
8 models to 3,600×8,000 mm decks · 400–1,300 t/h for high-tonnage lines.
5 models to 1,500 t/h. Scalps fines ahead of the primary.
3 models to 800 mm feed. Steady feed for cone circuits.
4 models to 550 t/h · 350 mm lumps. Compact feed control.
4 models, 50–230 t/h. For sand washing and wet-process lines. Sand Washing & Fines Recovery →
Wheel 80–240 t/h · spiral 40–120 t/h. Washed sand sells for more.
Recovers 0–0.6 mm fines from wash water — typically 15–25 t/h of extra saleable sand.
Also manufactured in-house: belt conveyors, chutes, bins and steel structure — built to the same drawings as the machines, so the interfaces fit. Full spare-parts kits are available for every model, and wear parts for the crushers listed on each product page.
| Duty | Recommended family | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Primary, up to ~700 t/h | SJ.E jaw crusher | Lower capital and foundation cost than a gyratory below this tonnage |
| Primary, above ~700 t/h in hard rock | SK gyratory crusher | Continuous crushing gives more throughput per installed kW at large tonnage |
| Secondary, coarse/medium, high tonnage | SK.Y single-cylinder cone | Simpler hydraulics, fewer seals, lower cost to own where cavity flexibility is not the priority |
| Secondary / tertiary with fine control | SK.D multi-cylinder cone | Interchangeable cavities and hydraulic setting adjustment; the right choice for precision product control |
| Secondary where service access is limited | SJ spring cone crusher | No oil station or control system to fail in a place nobody can service |
| Manufactured sand (0–5 mm) | SJ.L VSI sand maker | Impact crushing produces cubical particles and a controllable fines curve — what concrete specs reward |
| Manufactured sand on a cone-cut spec | SK.Y cone-type sand maker | Compression crushing delivers spec sand at far lower wear cost when the spec does not demand impact shape |
| Wet, sticky or clay-bound feed | SJ.DG double-roll crusher | Self-cleaning rolls pass material that blinds a VSI chamber or packs a cone |
| Limestone & recycling secondary | SJ.F impact crusher | Highest reduction ratio and best product shape per installed kW on medium-soft feed |
| Aggregate product separation | SJ.Y vibrating screens | The screens, not the crushers, decide whether the line makes its saleable cuts |
| High-tonnage plant screening | SJ.Y.K forced-synchronisation screens | Decks to 3,600×8,000 mm keep a 1,000 t/h line screened without stacking machines |
| Washed sand spec | SJ.L.X / SJ.JS washers + cyclone recovery | Washing lifts the selling price; the cyclone returns 0–0.6 mm fines to product instead of the pond |
This table is a starting point, not a specification. Send us your material, feed size, target product and tonnage and we will recommend a configuration with the reasons attached.
Tell us the material, the feed size and the product you want to sell. We will recommend a machine and explain the trade-off — including when a cheaper machine is the correct answer.
