Infrastructure work has a specification, an inspection regime and a deadline that does not move for equipment problems. This project was supplied as one complete set from one manufacturer.
A highway job has an aggregate specification written into the contract, a consultant who inspects against it, and a schedule set by the paving programme. There is no commercial room for a supplier blaming a second supplier for a gradation problem — the client needs one party answerable for the product coming off the belt.
That is the reason this project was placed as a complete equipment set rather than line item by line item. Crushing, screening and the equipment between them came from one manufacturer, with one set of drawings and one responsible party for the interfaces.
A complete crushing and screening set for highway aggregate production: primary crushing, secondary cone reduction, multi-deck screening producing the specification cuts, and the supporting feeding equipment — packed and shipped as one package, with documentation prepared for European import and the client's inspection process.
Documentation discipline. Material certificates, inspection reports, component traceability and a documentation set matching the client's own quality system are not optional extras on an EU-adjacent infrastructure contract — they are conditions of acceptance. This is where an experienced manufacturer separates from a trading company: the paperwork comes out of a factory quality system rather than being assembled afterwards.
Tell us the specification, the inspection regime and the documentation the client requires. We will confirm what we can issue and what we cannot, before you commit.
