I. Raw material preparation and primary crushing stage

II. Secondary & Tertiary Crushing and Sand Making & Shaping
Medium and fine crushing is a key step in the premium manufactured sand process, generally using a cone crusher to further reduce the material size. The screening stage determines the gradation composition of the finished sand. Multi-layer circular vibrating screens are usually adopted to divide materials into different particle sizes such as 0 to 4.75mm and 4.75 to 9.5mm. Premium manufactured sand requires strict control of the fines content; dry production is equipped with an air classifier or dust removal system, while wet production is equipped with a spiral sand washer and fine sand recovery unit.
